ASUS P8Z68-V PRO 自作パソコン

こんにちは、パソコン修理のパソコンドック２４高槻店のぽにょです。

BSOD stop:0x0000003dエラー。 ASUS P8Z68-V PRO 自作パソコンでブルースクリーンになるというトラブルで持込修理依頼がありました。

起動してしばらくすると、メッセージが表示されて、再起動がかかります。

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
 damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
 restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for
 any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, or remove any newly installed hardware of software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components,
restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options,
 and then select Safe Mode.

「mv91xx.sys」という表記があることからMarvellのチップセット絡みのトラブルと考えられます。

SSDとHDDの接続を確認すると、MarvellのSATAポートに２つともつながれていました。

ASUS P8Z68-V PROのマニュアルをダウンロードしてきて、仕様一覧を見てみると、
Marvell PCI Express SATA 6Gb/s コントローラーの注意書きとして
「これらのSATAポートにはデータドライブを取り付けることを推奨いたします。」
と記載されています。

Intel Z68 Express チップセットのSATA6Gb/sポートが空いていたので、SSDとHDDをそちらにつなぎかえ。
問題なく動作するようになりました。
